Store Policies

Payment is required in advance unless agreed prior. No job will commence until payment has been received in full.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the artwork or other information provided. AgentMail will not be liable for any legal action resulting from the content that is printed. 

AgentMail utilise digital printing and offset printing through our trade print partners. It is the clients responsibility to ensure artwork submitted meets standard print requirements to match their brand colours. Artwork should be supplied in CMYK colour format, be a flattened PDF and have 3mm bleed on all sides. Text and images should be a minimum 3mm from the trim line. Any artwork that does not meet this specification could result in a less than optimal finish, and will not be refunded or reprinted.

Refunds will only be provided where AgentMail has not already started production on a submitted job, and we resetve the right to charge an administration/payment processing fee before issuing a refund.

Our standard turn around times are 3-5 business days. This is the time for us to complete your job, and have to the courier for delivery. Courier times will vary depending on the courier network. If you require something urgently, please let us know prior to submitting your order.
